Exciting Things Are Happening at Plastilite!

March 20, 2024

Did you know that Plastilite is the industry leader in recycling post-consumer EPS material? Did you know that EPS densifies and can be reused and turned into insulating panels, picture frames and surfboards? And did you know that Plastilite actively offers recycling opportunities to local organizations?

At Plastilite, we are on a mission to make sure that consumers know that EPS is an environmentally-friendly and sustainable option.

To that end, we have three new ways to share that message:

Our revamped website provides a calendar of recycling events in the greater Omaha, NE area, specific guidance on recycling our products, and our environmental impact report. Our website also features a user-friendly employment application, in both English and Spanish. We’d love for you to consider joining our team! And in the coming months, we look forward to sharing revamped websites for our Integritemp and RebelFIN brands.

Foaming at the Mouth, is a monthly blog written by our National Sales Director, Greg Montgomery. Greg recently celebrated 30 years working with us. He is an expert on why EPS is the unapologetic smart choice to integrate into your protective packaging. He plans to provide statistics, facts, and figures to support his blogs, making these info-packed reads!

The Plastilite Platen, is a quarterly newsletter featuring customer spotlights, product deep dives, recycling efforts, and more. In the world of EPS shape molding, the platen area refers to the area of the machine where the parts are made. It’s where the molds are mounted, the bead is loaded, the bead gets hit with steam, and EPS products come out.

We will also be sharing more content on our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. We look forward to engaging with current and prospective customers, as well as any folks who are curious about EPS.

We are excited to spread the message far and wide that Plastilite is doing its part to be a good neighbor in the greater Omaha, NE area. And more broadly, that Plastilite is committed to being a good steward of our environment. We hope you enjoy reading more about our efforts.
